1. First of all, clean and wash all ingredients.
2. Cut the chicken and chop the vegetables.
3. Fry the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil.
4. Then, sauté the vegetables. After that add the clams, squids and prawns.
5. Put all in a paellera, add the rice, salt and colouring and sauté all together.
6. Boil the prawns' heads in a saucepan with water.
7. When the water boils, drain and pour the water into the paellera. Then put the crabs and mussels in the paellera, too.
8. Finally, cook for 20 minutes.
